OnePlus has officially confirmed that its newest tablet, the Pad 3, will be available in India starting September 5 at noon. The announcement follows weeks of speculation around its release.
The device was first revealed globally in June, but details about its Indian pricing and availability had remained uncertain until today’s update from the company.
Hardware and Display Features
The Pad 3 is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, designed to deliver smooth multitasking and gaming experiences. It runs on OxygenOS 15, which is based on Android 15.
Its large 13.2-inch LCD panel supports 144Hz refresh rate and 12-bit color output. The resolution of 3,392 x 2,400 pixels promises sharp visuals for both entertainment and productivity.
Color and Storage Variants

Buyers in India will be able to choose from two finishes: Storm Blue and Frosted Silver. These options bring a modern visual identity that aligns with OnePlus’ broader design language.
For performance flexibility, OnePlus is offering two configurations a 12GB RAM model with 256GB storage and a premium 16GB RAM option paired with 512GB storage.
Camera and Battery Details
The tablet carries a 13MP rear camera suitable for casual photography and scanning tasks. On the front, an 8MP camera is positioned to handle video calls and online meetings.
Supporting its multimedia hardware is a 12,140mAh battery. With 80w wired charging, OnePlus claims quick recharge cycles, making it convenient for extended use.
Price Announcement Still Pending
Despite revealing the launch date, OnePlus has yet to disclose the official pricing for the Indian market. The company has indicated that this information will arrive shortly before sales begin.
With flagship-grade hardware, the Pad 3 is expected to compete directly with premium Android tablets and appeal to users seeking a balance of performance and large-screen versatility.
