Why this matters
This beta release does not add new visual features, but it resolves some of the most reported issues such as unexpected resets, loss of DeX settings after updates, and Galaxy Watch7 sync delays. These fixes improve reliability and ecosystem performance across Samsung devices.
With the addition of the September 2025 security patch, Samsung is also ensuring its flagship Galaxy S23 lineup stays protected against the latest vulnerabilities.
Users enrolled in the One UI Beta Program can install the update through the Samsung Members app in both India and Korea. Feedback collected during the beta phase will help Samsung refine the software before the stable release of One UI 8 later this year.
