Oppo Find X9 and Find X9 Pro: Oppo Find X9 and Find X9 Pro clear NBTC certification ahead of October 16 launch. Model numbers CPH2797 and CPH2791 confirmed, with big batteries, Dimensity 9500 chip, and powerful cameras expected.
Oppo is set to officially launch the Find X9 series on October 16, and just ahead of the event, both models have passed NBTC certification in Thailand, confirming their final model numbers. The listings show the standard Find X9 as CPH2797 and the Find X9 Pro as CPH2791, clearing them for sale and use in the country. This step, while not revealing specs, signals that Oppo’s new flagships are ready for global rollout.
Display and Performance

Leaks suggest the Find X9 will feature a 6.59-inch LTPO OLED screen with 1.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. The Pro version will come with a slightly larger 6.78-inch panel offering the same smooth experience. Both devices are rumored to be powered by MediaTek’s new Dimensity 9500 SoC, a chipset designed to compete directly with Qualcomm’s latest processors.
Battery and Build
Oppo has confirmed that the Find X9 carries a 7,025 mAh battery, while the Pro increases to 7,500 mAh. Despite these unusually large capacities, the phones remain slim: the Find X9 is expected to weigh 203 g at 7.99 mm, while the Pro comes in at 224 g and 8.25 mm.
Camera Setup
Cameras could be where the two models differ most. The Find X9 is rumored to include a 50 MP main (Sony Lytia LYT-808), a 50 MP ultrawide (Samsung ISOCELL JN5), and a 50 MP periscope telephoto with 3x zoom (Samsung ISOCELL JN9). The Find X9 Pro is expected to upgrade with a 50 MP main (Sony Lytia LYT-828), the same 50 MP ultrawide, and a striking 200 MP periscope telephoto camera with 3x zoom (Samsung ISOCELL JN5) a setup that could rival the best zoom phones in the market.
