At the heart is the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 built on TSMC’s third-generation 3 nm process. The third-generation Qualcomm Oryon CPU can ramp up to 4.6 GHz, while the Adreno GPU handles demanding games and rendering. On the AI side, the Qualcomm AI Engine on the Snapdragon 8 “Supreme Edition” 5th-gen platform accelerates camera features, voice, and on-device generative tasks.

Xiaomi adds its own display silicon: a 1.5K Super-Resolution AI discrete display chip fabricated on TSMC 12 nm, plus the D2 frame-insertion chip. Color is tuned for DCI-P3 and professional true-color accuracy with multi-device consistency. Brightness drops to 1 nit for night reading and spikes to 3,500 nits in supported scenes. A 480 Hz touch sampling rate keeps controls snappy, while wet-hand touch 2.0 improves reliability in rain.
