The Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra 5G comes with an incredibly thin profile and generous screen that redefines what a flagship tablet can be. It packs a lot of power into an impressively thin frame.
The leak reveals that the Ultra’s body is 5.1mm, which is 0.3mm thinner than the previous generation, but it also packs an 11,600mAh battery. This makes it one of the thinnest phones in its class, competing with premium alternatives.
The display is expected to span a vivid 14.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel with a 120 Hz refresh rate and HDR-ready brightness. Its footprint and visuals seem tailored for video editing, gaming, and media consumption.
Samsung appears to have replaced one of the two front-facing cameras from the S10 Ultra with a narrower notch, simplifying the look while retaining a 12 MP sensor for video calls and selfies. The rear still delivers quality imaging even with a more pared-down setup.
It is rumorad to be powered by a 3-nanometer MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chip, with configurations ranging from 12GB RAM/256GB storage to 16GB RAM/1TB storage. It launches with One UI 8, which includes Gemini and Galaxy AI features.
Battery life benefits from the larger 11,600 mAh cell and 45 W fast charging, though it’s worth noting a significant dip in battery longevity rated for only about 1,200 full charge cycles, compared to 2,000 on last year’s S10 models. that may mean earlier battery replacement for long-term users.
Connectivity and extras include Wi-Fi 7, optional 5G with ESIM support, quad-speaker audio, built-in S Pen, and an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance. Samsung Dex support runs alongside a desktop-like interface for increased productivity.
The launch is expected on September 4, 2025, at IFA in Berlin with availability soon after. Pricing is likely to start from around $1,200 in the US or €1,400 in Europe for the base Ultra.
