Honor says the MagicPad 3 Pro is the most powerful tablet in its history and the first time a flagship mobile processor debuts in both a phone and a tablet at once. The brand describes the matchup against Apple’s iPad Pro as “Pro versus Pro the strongest against the strongest.”
Real-life photos reveal a sleek rear design and polished finish, signaling Honor’s intent to compete directly with Apple’s premium lineup.
Record-breaking Snapdragon 8 Extreme Edition
At the center of the MagicPad 3 Pro is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Extreme Edition, built on a 3nm process. It features two 4.61 GHz super cores, six 3.63 GHz performance cores, and a 1.2 GHz Adreno 840 GPU.
This makes it the first tablet in the world to launch alongside a flagship smartphone using the same top-tier processor. From heavy gaming to professional creative apps, Honor expects this chip to keep it ahead well into next year.
MagicOS 10 and advanced features
The MagicPad 3 Pro will debut MagicOS 10, a PC-like interface offering smooth multi-window multitasking and desktop-style interaction. Add-ons like a keyboard and stylus aim to make it a true productivity machine.
