The buzz around Xiaomi is heating up after fresh benchmark leaks revealed the raw power of what looks to be the next Redmi K90. Recently spotted on Geekbench, the device is already drawing attention for its big performance numbers and flagship-level hardware. Early signs suggest Xiaomi is gearing up to deliver another “flagship killer” that brings top speed and features without the premium price tag.

Geekbench results show real power

The Redmi K90 appeared on Geekbench 6.4 on September 29, 2025, under the model ID Xiaomi 2510DRK44C. It posted 3080 in single-core and 9382 in multi-core results. Compared to an earlier run of 2225 / 7949, this represents a 38% boost in single-core and an 18% jump in multi-core performance.

These numbers firmly place the Redmi K90 in the flagship bracket, edging ahead of rivals and proving that Xiaomi is pushing serious performance into its value line.

Performance powerhouse: Snapdragon 8 Elite is here

At the heart of the Redmi K90 is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite, paired with the Adreno 830 GPU. The CPU configuration shows two high-performance cores at 4.32 GHz and six big cores at 3.53 GHz, built on Qualcomm’s latest Oryon architecture. Together, this setup promises blistering app launches, high-FPS gaming, and smooth multitasking.

With 16GB of RAM (14.63GB usable) reported in the benchmark, the phone looks designed for power users who demand longevity and consistent speed. Running on Android 16, the device is already set up for long-term software support.

Memory and charging: flagship specs all around

The K90 is not just about raw power. Certification listings confirm 100W wired charging, ensuring incredibly fast top-ups. Combined with Xiaomi’s battery optimizations, this could give users both long-lasting endurance and minimal downtime. Add in reports of a 2K flat display, and it is clear that Redmi is positioning the K90 closer than ever to true flagship territory.

Global arrival and expected price

Following Redmi tradition, the K90 will first launch in China, with global markets expected to see it rebranded as the POCO F8 series. Based on previous K-series pricing, the phone is expected to land between $450 and $550 USD, making it one of the most aggressive performance-to-price options in late 2025.

With Snapdragon 8 Elite power, 16GB RAM, Android 16, 100W charging, and a 2K display, the Redmi K90 is shaping up as a genuine flagship killer. If Xiaomi delivers on pricing as expected, this could be the most compelling value flagship of 2025 one that blends raw speed, premium features, and Redmi’s hallmark affordability.
