Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy Tab S11 series is set to make waves in the tablet market, offering sharper displays, a sleeker design, and upgraded internal features—all while staying mindful of price and everyday usability.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 series is set to launch in early September 2025, likely around IFA on September 4 or 5, to coincide with the brand’s tradition of autumn launches. Europe’s EPREL and other certification platforms also hint at that early September window.
The camera setups have been simplified. Both main models are expected to feature a single 13MP rear camera and a 12MP front sensor, ditching the ultrawide front camera seen on the previous Ultra. The result could be a clean notch, but with fewer selfie-angle options.
The battery improvements are minor. Galaxy Tab S11 ultra has an 11,600 mAh cell, which is slightly more than its predecessor, while the regular S11 has about 8,400 mAh. Both support 45 watt wired charging, and the S Lite uses a low-power 25 watt option.
On the EU battery-rating front, the new Tab S11 models post battery life of about 81 hours (S11) and 95 hours (S11 Ultra), but the last-generation battery cycle endurance has dropped to 1200 cycles down from 2000 cycles in the previous generation.
The lineup will include two premium models the regular Galaxy Tab S11 and Tab S11 Ultra and the more affordable Tab S10 Lite, with no Plus model in sight. The Tab S11 Ultra retains the massive 14.6-inch AMOLED display of its predecessor, while the regular model gets a new 11-inch AMOLED panel.
Performance looks promising. both the Tab S11 and S11 Ultra are expected to run on the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 (MT6991), likely an overclocked “+” variant for the regular model, replacing the Dimensity 9300+ found in last year’s Ultra.
RAM and storage options will range from 12 GB of RAM with the regular model to up to 512 GB and up to 1 TB on the Ultra (with 16 GB of RAM).

the design changes are subtle but significant. The S11 Ultra features a smaller notch, an invisible magnetic S Pen strip, larger rear sensors, and premium aluminum with IP68 dust and water resistance.
Dimensions and weight remain largely unchanged forthe Ultra about 326.7 × 208.3 × 5.5 mm and about 692 grams but there are slight refinements in terms of durability.
European pricing leaks suggest the Tab S11 line will stay in line with the previous generation. The regular Tab S11 is expected to start at around €899 for the 12GB + 128GB Wi-Fi model, rising to €1,079 with 5G and higher capacities.
The Tab S11 Ultra is expected to cost €1,399 for the 12GB + 256GB model, with €1,759 for the 16GB + 1TB Wi-Fi version.
