Vivo X300 and X300 Pro: Vivo X300 and X300 Pro official renders reveal flat design, stylish colors, and advanced 200MP cameras ahead of an October 2025 launch in China.
Vivo has finally revealed the official renders of its next big flagships the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro. After a series of early previews, we now have the clearest look yet at the design, colors, and camera upgrades. With cleaner lines, bold finishes, and serious imaging hardware, the new series is looking to be one of Vivo’s strongest launches to date.
Sleek flat frames with refined details
Both models take on a fully flat design across the front, back, and mid-frame, moving away from the curved style of their predecessors. The rounded corners give them a smooth feel, while the circular rear camera housing keeps Vivo’s iconic look. This year, the LED flash is placed outside the module at the top-left, and the X300 Pro gets a slightly larger camera bump.
Button placement has also shifted. The power and volume controls sit on the left side, while the Pro model adds an extra button on the right, likely for quick access to certain functions.
Fresh and premium colors

The renders highlight two main looks: the X300 in light blue and pink, and the X300 Pro in black and gold. Reports suggest these shades may be marketed under names inspired by nature, including Lucky Color (Black), Easy Blue, Wilderness Brown, and Relaxed Purple. Together, they give users the choice between stylish and professional finishes.
Portrait-first cameras
The real star is the camera setup. The Vivo X300 carries a 200MP main sensor at 23mm, while the X300 Pro upgrades to an 85mm 200MP APO telephoto lens with CIPA 5.5-level stabilization. Both models are supported by Vivo’s V3+ imaging chip, ensuring sharp detail and smooth processing.

Vivo product manager Han Boxiao shared portrait samples, noting that the X300 captures natural skin tones and clarity, while the Pro adds depth and lifelike precision. He explained that portrait photography is “part of Vivo’s DNA” and, with Zeiss, the brand has redefined Zeiss Natural Portrait for more authentic results. This includes realistic tones, soft lighting, and natural three-dimensional shadow transitions.
For creators, the Pro also delivers advanced video tools like 4K 60fps portrait recording, 4K 120fps Dolby Vision HDR, and 4K 120fps 10-bit Log.
Hardware, battery, and launch timeline
Powering the series is the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, paired with features like a custom Super Sense vibration motor and a Universal Signal Amplifier (Pro-exclusive). Top configurations are expected to reach 16GB RAM and 1TB storage.
Battery reports suggest the X300 will pack 6,000mAh with 90W charging, while the Pro could feature a 7,000mAh unit. Despite the large capacities, Vivo says the new models will be slimmer and lighter than the X200 series.
The phones are widely expected to launch on October 13, 2025, in China, marking Vivo’s 30th anniversary. A wider rollout, including India, should follow soon after.
With the X300 series, Vivo is sticking to its signature round-camera design while refining the details and putting portraits front and center. The mix of flat frames, bold colors, and powerful 200MP cameras suggests this could be one of Vivo most compelling flagship launches yet.
