vivo X300 series: vivo will launch the X300 and X300 Pro in China on October 13 with MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 chip, 200MP cameras, and a sleek new design.
The wait is nearly over. vivo has officially confirmed that the X300 series will launch in China on October 13 at 7 PM local time. The lineup will include the vivo X300 and the vivo X300 Pro, both aiming to deliver a fresh design, upgraded performance, and one of the most powerful camera setups we have seen this year.
Alongside the X300 smartphones, vivo will also unveil the vivo Pad5e, vivo TWS 5 earbuds, and the vivo Watch GT 2 at the October 13 event. Expect to hear more about all these products from vivo in the coming days.
Design and Display
The vivo X300 will feature a 6.31-inch display and a slim 7.95mm profile, making it a compact flagship option. It will be available in four colors Free Blue, Comfortable Purple, Pure Black, and Pink finished with a velvet glass back for a smooth touch.

The X300 Pro will arrive in Black and Gold, with an “invisible design” and a suspended water droplet-style camera ring, giving it a distinct and premium look.
Power and Software
Both models will run on MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 processor, designed to compete with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 4. They will also ship with Android 16-based OriginOS 6, which vivo is set to launch on October 10, just ahead of the event.

Camera Highlights
The X300 series is built around photography. Both phones will feature a 200MP HPB main sensor co-engineered with ZEISS. The Pro model takes it further with an 85mm 200MP telephoto lens, CIPA 5.5-level stabilization, and vivo’s VS1 and V3+ imaging chips for better low-light and portrait performance. A 50MP autofocus front camera tuned by ZEISS rounds out the package.
Pro Model Special Edition
vivo is also teasing an X300 Pro Satellite Edition, equipped with 16GB RAM, 1TB UFS 4.1 storage, and a 6,510mAh battery. This version is expected to include satellite connectivity features, aimed at power users.
Global Rollout
The October 13 event is confirmed for China, while reports suggest a wider launch, including India, could happen in December 2025. Pricing has not been revealed yet, but with its bold design and advanced specs, the X300 Pro is clearly positioned to challenge Samsung, Xiaomi, and Apple’s top flagships.
