The Y50i features a 6.74-inch LCD display with HD+ resolution (1600 × 720). While not as sharp as some pricier models, it does bring 90Hz refresh rate for smoother animations and 180Hz touch sampling for quicker response in gaming. The screen also reaches up to 1,000 nits brightness, supports DC dimming, and carries TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light certification, making it easier on the eyes during long viewing sessions.
In terms of size and build, the phone measures 167.3 × 76.95 × 8.19 mm and weighs 204 grams, a typical footprint for a large-battery smartphone.

The Y50i runs on MediaTek’s Dimensity 6300 processor, built on the 6nm process. It uses a CPU setup of two high-performance cores clocked at 2.4GHz and six efficiency cores at 2.0GHz, paired with a Mali-G57 GPU.
This combination delivers enough muscle for social media, streaming, and casual gaming, while staying efficient to maximize battery life. The base model packs 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB of eMMC 5.1 storage, but higher versions with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage are also available for buyers who need more space.

Buyers can choose from three finishes: Diamond Black, Azure, and Platinum. At this stage, there is no confirmation if the phone will leave China and head to global markets.
